Why UFA?
Joining UFA my first year was one of the most impactful parts of my college experience. Being on board gave me the structure, support, and community I didn’t know I needed. Through speaker events, workshops, and especially the mentorship program, I gained not only a better exposure to the finance industry, but also the confidence to pursue new opportunities. UFA also helped me improve my networking skills and determination to put myself out there, which directly led to my first internship.
What really sets UFA apart is the people. Everyone here is not only driven, but genuinely supportive of each other’s growth. It’s the kind of environment that pushes you to become your best. UFA has played such a big role in both my personal and professional growth, and whether it's skills or friendships, they’re things and people I know will continue being a part of my journey long after college.
